Brutélé stoppt Verhandlungen mit Enodia
Der Brüsseler Kabelfernsehen- und Internetanbieter Brutélé hat Verhandlungen mit der Lütticher Interkommunalen Enodia über ein geplantes Geschäft mit VOO-Anteilen ausgesetzt. Das hat der Brutélé-Verwaltungsrat Dienstagabend entschieden. Man verlange erst Transparenz angesichts des geplanten Verkaufs von VOO, hieß es. Die Enodia-Tochter Nethys hatte den Verkauf von VOO beschlossen, dies aber offensichtlich ohne den Enodia-Verwaltungsrat darüber zu informieren.
