Ägypten stellt Friedensvertrag mit Israel in Frage
Der ägyptische Übergangspremier Essam Scharaf hat den in der eigenen Bevölkerung umstrittenen Friedensvertrag mit Israel in Frage gestellt. Das Dokument aus dem Jahr 1979 sei "nicht sakrosankt", sagte Scharaf am Donnerstagabend in einem türkischen Fernseh-Interview, das auch von staatlichen ägyptischen Fernsehen übernommen wurde. "Bestimmungen des Vertrages können geändert werden, wenn sich die Notwendigkeit ergibt", führte er weiter aus.
